Melody Franklin
Melody was born and raised in Albany, NY. She attended high school in Wilmington, NC and college in Greensboro, NC at the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University (Aggie Pride!). Finding her love for caring for children and supporting families at an early age, she majored in Early Education (Child Development and Family Studies) with a teaching certification in birth through Kindergarten. She has worked in every element of child care, from teaching to administrative support, and found her home at Charlotte Lab utilizing all of her experience as Primary School's Campus Operations Manager.
When she is not supporting staff and advocating for the needs of children and families, Melody loves to travel, read, THOROUGHLY enjoys music, and is a self-proclaimed "foodie". She enjoys spending time with family, friends, serving at her church, and loving on all of her babies that call her "auntie" and "godmommy."
