Emily Funk is a BFA/MS graduate of Pratt Institute, School of Art and Design located in Brooklyn, New York. Her field of study is in Art and Design Education; She guides art and design classrooms to better student learning and understanding in all art fields.
Ms. Funk has taught using many different teaching skills and pedagogies to address students’ individual needs and abilities. Funk teaches her classes to use a range of art mediums in unique or traditional ways.
Ms. Funk works in a variety of mediums in her personnel artist trade as well. Currently showing Oil paint, colored pencil, and ceramics. She also creates art using Printmaking, Digital Photography, Performing Arts, Photography, Jewelry/Metal, Drawing, and Glass.
