Becky Debaker

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and I graduated from Clarion University of PA in 2004 with my Education undergraduate degree. I was married in July of 2007 and my husband and I have two children, ages 13 and 6.  I taught 5th and 6th grade science in Virginia for 6 years. My family and I moved back to Pittsburgh for family, while there, I would substitute for multiple grade levels. I also started my masters degree for Instructional Technology at Duquesne University. I received my Masters degree from there in 2017. I have been teaching in Charlotte since 2015, also teaching 6th grade science. I am very excited to begin a new journey at Charlotte Lab School.
