Chandler Moore

My name is Chandler Moore and I am the new Upper School EC Assistant. I am very excited to be joining the Lab Team to begin working with your student! I was previously involved in juvenile justice serving as a juvenile probation officer in both South Carolina and North Carolina. I am originally from Easley South Carolina and graduated form The University of South Carolina Upstate in 2016. I relocated to Charlotte in November of 2020 and have been enjoying the city so far! I enjoy playing guitar, trying new restaurants and traveling to the beach as often as possible.  

The first thing that attracted me to Lab was the diversity. I have always been someone of inclusion and to see a school embody that the way Lab does made me certain that I wanted to learn more. Secondly, I was excited to see the Advisory Program. I feel that teachers and staff making connections with students can go a very long way. Having students feel supported and loved, beyond the classroom, is something that sets Lab apart. I look forward to getting to know you and your student!
