Dear Lab Families:
Charlotte Lab School will be closed on Tuesday, January 9 in anticipation of severe storm conditions, heavy rainfall, power outages, and high winds predicted by local authorities. After-school activities and sports are also canceled.
While there will be NO remote learning sessions, we highly encourage students to use the time to complete any missing assignments for Q2.
At this time there is no need for a make-up day as this falls within our scheduled time for emergency closures. However, if we miss any additional days this year due to inclement weather, those future days will need to be made up.
We plan to return to school on Wednesday, January 10, however if there are changes we will send a communication to families via email, text, and social media.
We hope that all members of our Lab community stay safe.
