Series topics include academic and social development, career pathways, college admissions, college applications, financial aid, networking, and mentoring. Since their inception, more than 1,700 teens and their caregivers have benefited from our workshops.
This year LAWA has partnered with some of the following institutions: Belmont Abbey, CPCC, Johnson C. Smith University, UNC Charlotte, Queens University of Charlotte, SPCC and Wingate University. Many of these institutions match LAWA's scholarship grants.
