Bus families should be on the lookout each month for the invoice from Olympic. The email is from Intuit E-Commerce Service. If you are having payment issues, please reach out to [email protected] so we are aware. Riders will be removed from the bus for non-payment, and both buses have extensive wait lists.
Green Bus AM stop time for 9th Street has shifted to 7:55 AM. All riders were informed by Olympic.

The buses are full and Olympic Transportation will communicate with families directly if a seat opens up. If you receive communication from Olympic that a seat has opened and you are seated in it, please be on the lookout for an invoice that must be paid within 72 hours to retain the seat.

Charlotte Lab has limited service on our two buses; seats are filled on a first come first come basis. Due to high interest, this reached capacity over the summer on the day registration opened.
If and when a seat opens up, and you are next, you will receive an email directly from Olympic Transportation with the information about the bus and the stop. After you receive the email, you will receive an invoice that must be paid within three days to confirm the seat is yours.
We will continue to monitor the ridership as the year progresses and will send communications if there are any updates or changes.
