Senior Shift

Lab kicked off celebrations for our first ever graduating class last week with the Senior Shift parade. Students from all grade levels participated in a send-off for our Class of 2024 as they walked through the building in their caps and gowns. Younger students were able to join the parade as they shifted up to their own rising grade pod.

Athletics Banquet

Lab recognized our student athletes at the second annual Lab Athletics Banquet. Athletes and their families came together at Griffith Hall to celebrate with their coaches and school leaders. Outstanding athletes in each sport were awarded with Impact, Evolution, and Leadership awards. A special congratulations to those students who received the Lion’s Pride Award for outstanding sportsmanship. We are so excited to keep this tradition going for our athletics programs.

Middle School Beginners Day

Lab hosted a beginners day event for newly admitted students in rising grades 5-8. The event included a tour of our campus and an introduction to The Lab Way. Thanks to Ms. Moser and staff volunteers, our 8th graders kicked-off their end of Middle School celebrations with a glamorous semi-formal Sneaker Ball dance last week. Students enjoyed snacks, music, photos with friends, and views of a beautiful sunset over the Charlotte city skyline from the 2nd floor atrium.
