Dear Lab Families:
Due to the anticipated storm, we are writing to inform you that Monday, March 16, 2026 will be a REMOTE LEARNING DAY for all Charlotte Lab School students and Staff.
There will be no on-site instruction, no before or after school programming, no athletic activities, and our offices will be closed.
What this means:

There will be no synchronous instruction (no zoom meetings)

K-4: Work for students will be posted on SeeSaw by 10am tomorrow. If you are unsure how to login to SeeSaw, please contact your student's advisor.

5th: Students should be able to access assignments on Infinite Campus by 10am tomorrow. If you have questions, please reach out to your child's advisor. If your student does not have a device at home, please check your email for instructions for other activities. We encourage students to spend at least 30 minutes reading and 30 minutes practicing math facts.

6-12: Assignments will be posted on Infinite Campus, by 10am tomorrow. Edgenuity will be running, so students should continue to work on their online courses as expected each day.

All before and after school programs and athletic activities are cancelled on Monday, March 16th.

There will be no staff onsite, however you can reach our staff via email during regular school hours (8:15am to 3:15pm).
Depending on the severity of the storm, we will continue to keep you posted if we need to make any adjustments for the remainder of the week.
