We’re excited to welcome local businesses, makers, and community partners to join us as vendors for our very first Fall Festival on Friday, October 17, 2025 at Charlotte Lab School (2045 Suttle Ave, Charlotte, NC).

This family-friendly event will feature games, music, food, decorated trunks during our Trunk or Treat, and festive fun for all ages. We’d love for YOU to be part of it! If you offer unique products, crafts, food, or services, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with our school community and showcase what you do.

💡 Special Offer: The first 20 vendors to sign up will receive $15 off the vendor fee.

We have many opportunities this year for parents and community members to get involved and we can't do it without our wonderful volunteers! We’re excited to share a special opportunity, made even more meaningful because it comes from a Lab family business. Acosta Heating, Cooling & Electrical (owned by a Lab family), along with Lennox and K104.7 FM, have teamed up to give away a brand-new AC system—with Lennox donating the equipment and Acosta donating all time and labor for installation.

We’re building an even stronger Lab community—and we need YOU!

This year, our goal is to make planning events a true team effort by forming Staff & Family Planning Committees for key school events. These committees will help shape the experiences that make our school so special, from dances to festivals to teacher appreciation.

Whether you have time to lead, organize behind the scenes, or simply lend a hand, your involvement makes a huge impact. You don’t need to be on the PTSO board to help—just be willing to show up and share your talents!

Want a special way to celebrate your Lab student's birthday, special event, or celebration?

Lab students and families have the opportunity to paint the rock to celebrate birthdays, show team spirit, congratulate someone, memory/honor of someone, etc. Please read our Spirit Rock page fully before signing up.

The Lab PTSO is coordinating a donation collection for our teachers and administrators purchase End of Year gifts. Since every staff member plays an equally important role in the success of our school, all money collected will be equitably split among faculty (based on full or part time status).
