We are excited to host Lab Multicultural Night later this week. Here is more information about the event:
LOGISTICS
Date: Thursday, January 25, 2024
Event time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Location: Charlotte Lab School - 2045 Suttle Ave.
Parking:
- Parking is available at the Government/County Building next door to Lab for this event only. Lab has secured permission to use the lot for this after-hours event.
- Parking in the main Lab parking lot.
- Legal street parking (follow signs, do not block driveways).
EVENT DETAILS
Learn more about the cultures from around the world represented by members of the Lab community at the event. Families, students, and staff are hosting tables with artifacts, information, clothing, and food samples from many cultures.
- Traditional dances from around the world will take place throughout the evening.
- Empanadas from La Panaderia are provided to our guests, while supplies last.
- More fun and prizes from the PTSO!
POP-UPS + SHOPPING
While the general event is free to all thanks to the Lab PTSO and our generous volunteers, there are a few opportunities for shopping including:
- Pop-up shops from students;
- Spirit Wear from PTSO;
- JamRock Caribbean Food Truck.
