Niya Menefee

Niya Menefee is originally from NYC but has relocated to Charlotte, trading the hustle and bustle for a little more Southern charm. She holds her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her Master's in Business Administration. 

 

Niya has worked in education for many years, serving as both an elementary teacher and in a variety of leadership roles. As the Director of Admissions at Lab, she has found the perfect opportunity to bridge her two areas of expertise and bring together the experiences she loves most about education. She couldn’t be happier! Her passion is creating spaces where every student feels seen, known, and loved while receiving a truly transformative education. She is grateful to be part of the Lab team and loves helping families discover what makes Lab such a special place.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, dancing, exercising, a good DIY project, trying new restaurants, and finding the newest adventure.
