Recently, our 3rd-grade students had a fun, hands-on lesson about force and motion. Through their Quest, the students explored how pushing and pulling affect the movement of objects, using toy cars, ramps, and other every-day objects to test different speeds and directions. The class also experimented with friction and gravity, learning how different surfaces impact motion.
Through small group experiments, students gained a deeper understanding of force and motion, sharing their discoveries with excitement. Quest is just one way that our students experience hands-on and joyful learning experiences.
