2022-23 Lottery Information
Our lottery for admission to our 2022-23 school year, including all preferences, was held at Charlotte Lab Primary School, Thursday March 31 at 11:00am. Results were verified and notifications emailed out to all applicants that same afternoon.

2021-22 Lottery Information
Our lottery for admission to our 2021-22 school year was held at Charlotte Lab Primary School on March 25 at 11:00am.
- Our application period for the 2020-2021 General Lottery opened December 15, 2020 and closed March 19, 2021.
- Our Socioeconomic Diversity (SED) preference lottery was held on March 23, 2021. Any student not placed in the SED lottery was transferred to the General lottery.
- Our General lottery was held on March 25, 2021.
- Results were verified and emailed out to all applicants the same day the lottery was held.
2020-21 Lottery Information
- Our application period for the 2020-2021 General Lottery opened Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 10:00am, and closed Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 4:00pm.
- Our Socioeconomic Diversity (SED) preference lottery was held on February 21, 2020. Any student not placed in the SED lottery was transferred to the General lottery.
- Our General lottery was held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020
2019-2020 General Lottery Information
The 2019-20 General Lottery, including socioeconomic diversity preference lottery, took place on February 27, 2019 @ 10:00 am at UNCC Center City, 320 E. 9th Street Room 501. The Sibling, Employee, and Board Member Preference Lottery was held February 4 at 12:00 noon at Charlotte Lab Lower School.
Online applications for the 2019-2020 school year lottery were accepted starting Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 10:00am through Wednesday, February 20.
2018-2019 General Lottery Information
The 2018-19 General Lottery, including socioeconomic diversity preference, took place on Wednesday March 21, 2018 at 5:00 pm at Charlotte Lab School (301 East 9th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202). The Sibling Lottery took place on February 15, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
Online applications for the 2018-19 school year lottery were accepted starting Monday, January 8, 2018 at 10:00 am through Friday, March 9.
